I recently had a chance to sit down with Jeff Orr and talk about his experience as a fighter pilot in the United States Airforce. I have tons of respect for those who work in the military. They get unbelievable training and there are just tons of lessons they can teach us.
Today’s lesson has to do with checklists. We not only talk about how checklists are used in flight operations in the Air Force, but we also talk about how checklists are used in hospitals today. I bet you can figure out how to use checklists in your business as well.
